Make better choices and get in 5 to 6 days a week of w/o's. Keep journaling and counting cals. It really helps! I need to also try really hard not eatting past 8pm.
Eat better , keep up on my w/o's. Follow my rotation's for my w/o's. If I do that it keep's me on track.
