Life Change, Here I Come
I am a working mother of two. My husband and I have been married for almost 9 years. I wasn't "little" when we met, and unfortunately, my weight has just gone up since we've been married. I am tired of battling my weight and just want to feel good about myself and like what I see when I look in the mirror.

It has been some time since I've been on SP & I honestly have figured out (which really shouldn't have been that difficult!) that I cannot lose weight ...

It has been some time since I've been on SP & I honestly have figured out (which really shouldn't have been that difficult!) that I cannot lose weight without some sort of accountability! I cannot just eyeball food and know that it's the right amount, and I cannot lose unless I work really hard! It took some time to put on this weight & unfortunately, it'll take some time to take it off again! I have my vision of what size I want to be and I know what I have to do, it's just forcing myself to get off my butt & do it!!

I am a work in progress! I do so good for awhile, but then let myself get lazy & stop tracking everything. SparkPeople is the tool I need to succeed. I am NOT on a DIET, I am changing my lifestyle & habits.
