No More Excuses!
Im a mother of 3 beautiful children. I want to set a healthier example. I tell them to stay active, play sports, be outside, eat healthy...but never practice what I preach. Im always in pain, and just want to go to sleep. Its time to get off my butt and enjoy life and get healthy. I've been overweight my entire life, and I dont want my children to go through the same hardships and cruelties that I did.
