I am a very positive happy person & my weight is something that I have always struggled with. I have been a lot heavier in the past, and I have also been a lot healthier. I am in the middle right now and I am going to stop moving up right now.

Thanks for adding me as your friend. I have added you also. I look forward to a long friendship of encouraging each other to the finish line. We have 1 challenge that is monthly, 1 that is bi-monthly and 1 that is weekly so there is always something new happening.

Thanks for commenting on my status!

I'm not sure what kind of Yoga class it is, to be honest. The YMCA classifies it as Fitness Yoga, and every session is a little bit difference. The instructor knows a ton and seems to mix things up based on the mood and who shows up. I really like the Yin Yoga poses that work the connective tissue, and I'm learning a lot about all of the different styles and approaches.
