I'm not sure what kind of Yoga class it is, to be honest. The YMCA classifies it as Fitness Yoga, and every session is a little bit difference. The instructor knows a ton and seems to mix things up based on the mood and who shows up. I really like the Yin Yoga poses that work the connective tissue, and I'm learning a lot about all of the different styles and approaches.
