Wanting to be healthier...

I am a mother of two boys, ages 3 yrs and 6 yrs. I am also work part time and a stay at home mom the rest of the time. I am 29 yrs old and also recently separated. Until recently exercise wasn't something I thought was fun. I have days where I really don't feel like exercising but for the last week I have been trying to work hard as I would really like to lose the weight. I think I sabotage myself even though I try not to be a negative person. I need to change my mind set...time to start ...

I need to change my mind set...time to start telling myself I can and will lose the weight, even though it won't happen right away. Which comes another issue when I see no change or see a gain I get discouraged. I need to try and over come this feeling. So far SP has been giving me motivation so thank you SP!!! :)

looks like you are building healthy habits every day, just keep pushing :) slow and steady wins this race, just try to do your best whenever you can and dont beat yourself up when you stumble, we all do. anything is better than nothing, if you keep trying you can only succeed :D hope you have a wonderful day!
