The last three weeks, i was in a computer store three times trying to fix my computer.My computer had over 51 things wrong, 3 virus, and was dropped, I lost some of my hard drive and wasn't getting any email alerts. so now I am back, and the only think I need to work about is the new program in my computer of 8.1 Windows. eva
While I'm involved in strength training, I take BCAAs (before, during and after workout), and drink protein shake (or make it a full on protein smoothie meal with fruit, etc- but NO dairy). The BCAAs keep me from getting too sore (not much DOMA) and frankly, I'm so spent after weights, I absolutely need the quick protein infusion.
Other supplements I'm not so good with-- I should take Vitamin C and Calcium on a regular basis, but I am sporadic. Same even for a mult-vitamin.
I don't take a bunch of other stuff. Had tried a thermogenic fat burner last fall but I did not see a difference in results.
