Fighting to stay on the wagon

For the past five years as I battled with cancer, I sort of let the healthy side of me slide. I have been making an attempt at getting back to what I was but seem to keep slipping and sliding off the scale:)

Weekends and after work are the worst times, because that is when I seem to be the hungriest and eat anything and everything in sight.

I have decided to lose at least 50 pounds. I know I need to start small but any tips/suggestions would be most welcome.

I got my 13 thousand yesterday. 13,173 to be precise. You did 17,000 odd steps? What was so odd about them. LOL. Sorry, couldn't resist.

You are doing great. That is a lot of steps. You will reach your weight loss goals before you know it!!

You had an excellent day yesterday! emoticon I was in a sort of funky mood and didn't live up to my expectations. Only did 7,812. I intend to go over my goals for the next few days so I make up for it, and bring my average back up to 13,000 per day. Happy stepping to you today, buddy!!
