Fighting to stay on the wagon

For the past five years as I battled with cancer, I sort of let the healthy side of me slide. I have been making an attempt at getting back to what I was but seem to keep slipping and sliding off the scale:)

Weekends and after work are the worst times, because that is when I seem to be the hungriest and eat anything and everything in sight.

I have decided to lose at least 50 pounds. I know I need to start small but any tips/suggestions would be most welcome.

Hey, Doll. How's the st epping going? I haven't been doing so well the past few days. Realluy need to get back at it. I did get over 10,000 yesterday. And I had one 15,000 step this past week. I am determined to get my step count back up where it belongs!

I'm still here! Weight loss has been really slow lately, mostly because it has been too hot to get outside & exercise!
