Fighting to stay on the wagon

For the past five years as I battled with cancer, I sort of let the healthy side of me slide. I have been making an attempt at getting back to what I was but seem to keep slipping and sliding off the scale:)

Weekends and after work are the worst times, because that is when I seem to be the hungriest and eat anything and everything in sight.

I have decided to lose at least 50 pounds. I know I need to start small but any tips/suggestions would be most welcome.

I know you may feel like you're at "rock bottom", but remember - you're HERE, which means you're already headed in the right direction.

Hey Sweetie! How nice to hear from you! I am recovering from a surgery so I am not exercising much. But I am here for you!
