I am back to Sparkpeople because I know it is where I need to be. I lost 34 pounds before my high school reunion and then hit a plateau. I gave up and gained back 20 pounds.

When I recently stepped on the scale, I knew I needed to get back on track. To do that I logged back in, set new goals and started on a new journey. I know what I need to do and I know how to do it.

Reduce stress - practice relaxation techniques.

Log, log, log and then log some more.

Wear size 4 again

My Program:
1200 calories a day

Pool 3-4 times a week

Walk 10,000 steps a day again.

90 minutes of physical activity daily
