Dawn's weight loss progress.

I am currently in a biggest loser contest, and need to get down to 198 pounds in order to qualify. While it would be great to win the contest, I am actually more excited about getting back into shape. I have been overweight since the birth of my first daughter, who is now 14. I would love to be able to look at myself in the mirror without thinking how horrible I look. I managed to lose 60 pounds last year, but just kind of gave up, and eventually gained 20 pounds back. My Goals:
My goal is to get below 200 pounds. In order to win my contest, I have to get as close to this goal as possible. The goal they have set for me is 198.
I would like to keep going past that, and get down to the 140 that I was pre-kids.

My Program:
I am currently on a low-cal diet, and work out daily. I am using a program called Daily Routine, which has a different work-out for each day. I thouroughly enjoy this workout. (although Fridays almost kill me! LOL)
