Creating A Masterpiece...

I'm a 29 year old grad student who is finally taking a stand to lose weight and get healthy. I have already lost 22 lbs so far (started at 380) since March and I am on a mission to get down to 250. I'm here to get inspiration and also be inspiration for others. Let's work at this together!

My Goals:
My ultimate goals are to lose 115 lbs, eat cleaner and healthier and simply enjoy life more. No worries and no stress.

My Program:
I plan on working out at least 10 minutes a day everyday. Eat five mini meals a day and drink eight cups of water a day. My plans/program will evolve as I learn more.

Other Information:
I love to cook (obviously, lol), read (anything that catches my interest) and travel ( I love seeing new places.)
