My Goals:
My overall goal is to stay healthy for a very long time... :-) Some new running goals for 2012: #1 complete my first marathon! March 4 - Little Rock Marathon My time goal is to finish in about 6 hours, but in my heart I would like to go 5:30.... DONE!!! It took me 6 hrs and 30 mins, but it was fun running with a group of friends. Now I can set a goal for next time #2 well, I haven't thought that far ahead yet.... Right now it would be to run a 2nd marathon in the fall! :-) I'll know more after my first one! :-) I'm still on track for this too - White River Marathon in Arkansas on Nov 17, 2012 # update - I ran the Half Marathon. It was GREAT! #3 Be a positive influence on the staff at my school. Continue to encourage them with their fitness goals through weekly "fit tips", goal setting "follow through", and once a week fitness workout ideas Still working on this one...
My Program:
I am a strong fit runner! I train 3 days a week, each week, all year! Mon or Tues - 5 - 6 miles Thurs - stairs or hill workout Sat - long run with my group - Memphis in Motion
