I WILL BE Healthy; I Deserve It!

I am a 34 year old, mother of 2. I gained the majority of my weight after a major car accident during my second pregnacy. This is the first time since the accident I have felt well enough to exercise or care about what I ate. I will heal my body through healthy habits. Many Blessings

Motivation/Goal: We will be taking a family vacation to Hawaii September 2012 - I will ROCK a swimsuit (haven't been able to say that since 1996)

My Goals:
To lose weight and heal my body through exercise and nutrition. To be able to keep up with 2 VERY active boys.

My Program:
Being concious of my calorie intake and exercise output. Eating more primal/paleo (more protein/fats, lower carbs - 50-75g/day) foods; i.e., eating: meats, veggies, some fruits, nuts - abstaining: grains, legumes, starchy veggies, high sugar fruits, soda, processed crap. I am also using a protein shake (15 carb/38 protein) to supplement my protein intake. Exercise through walking, swimming, playing, and TTAPP.

Personal Information:
Good Day! My name is Jennifer - I am from Springfield OR but was transported to Utah in my teens - I would love to get back to the Pacific Northwest someday. I am married and have 2 boys. I work as GM for 2 small companies. I enjoy camping, hiking, swimming, basking in the outdoors, playing with my boys, softball, reading, and travel. I keep telling myself one of these years I will make enough time to enjoy a more sustainable life; i.e. raise chickens, garden, compost, etc - but alas between family, work, and school (although on sabbatical from Master's Degree) I have not manifested this time yet.

Other Information:
GOALS:

1). Rock Swimsuit on Beach - Sept 2012

2). Get my size down to a 4/6 - currently 18/20

3). Not require my inhaler for EVERYTHING

4). Remove pain from my body/life

5). Become debt-free (i know not a weight loss goal but a goal nonetheless)

6). Complete Masters Degree (we'll think about Ph.D after this goal is met)

7). Run...and enjoy it again

8). Live a life of positive vibrations

9). Become comfortable with myself and inner belly dancer - beauty is more than what is seen from the outside

10). To feel desirable to my spouse again

I live near Birmingham in the UK, and around me all the public parks are getting outside gym stuff added to them. We are so lucky.
