My Goals:
Lose weight slowly, get more active, lower BP and cholesterol.
My Program:
Sum total of everything I've learned in almost 50 years of eating! I am using SparkPeople to get the right number of calories and nutrients, learning what works well and what doesn't. It's best if I stay away from highly processed foods and stick to the basics.
Personal Information:
I'm married, live in Maine, have two adult sons, three cats, and one dog.
Other Information:
I love the TV series Game of Thrones, and Mad Men, Breaking Bad. I watch them all on DVD because we don't have cable.
