My Goals:
I am trying to lose 30 pounds while toning and slimming my muscles. My problem areas are my arms, big behind, and a newly acquired double chin. I would like to reach my goal weight of 115lbs and be more comfortable in my body.

My Program:
I plan to log my food M-F as well as my fitness those same days.
