I just started, so day 6 for me. My husband it doing with me. We're a little lost because we started with just borrowing the DVD's from a friend, no info. We should be getting the whole package in the mail any day. I actually thought the yoga was the hardest and the most boring. I have a lot of weight around my mid-section, so some poses were nearly impossible! I got pretty discouraged. I also got on the scale yesterday and was down 6lbs, but got on again today and it was back up (lost only 1 lb). Has this happened to you? Both times I weighed myself before dinner?!? Tomorrow is supposed to be our rest day (that's the info I got from the internet), but I feel I should do something active. August is the month I plan on being at goal as well. I am in my recovery week and will be starting week 5 on Monday-BOOOO yoga! Yes, I know it's good for me... I bought Results & recovery formula last week because it's on clearance right now so I'm hoping it helps with the soreness that I'm guessing I'm going to have next week!!
I DID get to workout with Tony Horton and it was awesome!! Totally kicked my butt-seriously, I couldn't walk right until Wednesday! We did some traditional P90X stuff and then some of the new MC2 moves-WOW!!! He was doing a book signing tour and his last stop was Santa Monica, CA so I drove up and worked out with him. It was a great way to start off a Saturday-he's really nice and funnier in person : )
