Want to get this off by my big B-day in November.

I work on my treadmill every other day 30 minutes aveage 3.5 miles per hour, want to start some strength exercise.

Personal Information:
I'm a wife, mother of 2 beautiful daughters and grandmother of 3 wonderful, beautiful, etc, etc, grandchildren.

Other Information:
I like to quilt, and travel with my husband.
