4/06/11...I haven't been using SP as much as I'd like to, but I still check in when I can. My last entries I've focused on attending a bootcamp. I won't talk down about the bootcamp, because it did teach me that a fitness routine is a must for weight loss success, however, I don't agree with limiting certain foods from your diet. It may work for some, but for me it doesn't. I have to be able to eat what I want & still lose and I'm doing that with Weight Watchers. I'm almost to Onederland!!! ...

My Goals:
My goal is to learn to eat healthier & to lose weight & to become more active.

My Program:
Currently I'm attending Weight Watchers meetings & following the plan. I've joined WW many times before, but this has been the longest I've stuck with it. Since August 2010 I've been following the plan & is proud to say I'm down 33 pounds. I also do Chalene Johnson's Turbo Fire workout & I follow the class schedule. I'm almost to Onederland and I'm excited! I'm finally looking at this as a way of life and not a quick fix.

Other Information:
I was married in May of 2007 to my wonderful husband Elec. I have two beautiful boys, Piersten, 19 & Braylen 11. I had lost almost 30 pounds before my wedding...unfortunately I gained it all back. I am now down 27 pounds & I will lose the rest of this weight & lose it for good this time!
