My Goals:
Maybe lose a few pounds, but I'm OK with my weight. I'm NOT OK with the redistribution that seems to be accelerating now that I'm 30.
My Program:
I'm a nutritionist, so I've always eaten fairly healthy. Now I'm actually watching what I eat and keeping track of it. I'm also trying to amp up my exercise.
