I want to keep my goals small. This month (November, 2012) I want to bike 20 miles total for the month. I know this is not a lot but I am very out of shape and can only go about 1 mile per day. I want to work my way up to running a 5k at some point also, but am no where near in shape enough for that yet.
I just do a little bit more each day. It may look like not much to some people, but to me it seems to help.
I'm just a girl from Indiana. I used to be on the track team in high school and could run for miles without getting winded. Now, many years later, I can't even run for a full minute without feeling like I got hit by a truck. I want to be in shape again as I was before.
