That was me yesterday, searching my lunchbox wondering if there was something in the bottom I could eat. I just COULD NOT GET ENOUGH. I didn't realize until today when I tracked everything (I know, I should have done it BEFORE eatting it but I didn't) that I didn't get enough water. Maybe grab an extra glass will help you too, it probably would have helped me yesterday.
Yesterday I ended up going way over my calories cuz I didn't stop with dinner. Hubby got some ice cream for dessert so I course I say "honey get me some too". After that I decided with all that fresh stuff in the frig I would see how many servings I could reasonable eat today. The only problem is I'm actually low on calories (only 1019) and protein today. I'm thinking of eatting an hard boiled egg or a can of tuna as a snack when I get home to fill the void. I never have the problem of "not enough" :-) Well good luck, go grab a glass of water or tea and see if that helps! 1914 days ago
I started the 30 day shred last week, haven't seen any large movement of the scale but I definelty feel an improvement in body. Tried level 2 today-holy I think that might be an everyother day workout too!!!! 1915 days ago
