The Time Is NOW

I need to keep my will and God will provide me knowledge and opportunity. I pray that I can find the strength to not only keep up my routine but to make it a life long change. My Wife and Children are my reasons and this tool is my means.

Well I am out of control. Food has won the recent battles but hopefully one of my recovery efforts can take hold here and get me back on track. Please pray for me.

Hey Buds! Me again. I started REALLY FAITHFULLY logging on Monday my food intake.... so far to a T .....I have not forgotten or left anything out. I think I set it so you can view it....if not...let me know how. Check out my Blogs too....I am going to try to do 1-3 a week for myself progress tracking.

Got a lifestyle coach here at Mayo- meet with them 1 month to go over goals and acheiving them long term. I also started Jillian's program of supplements for losing weight... Monday WAS D DAY.

Thanks for all the motivation. I find that the hardest part is logging the food, but am trying REALLY hard. I am working out 5 days a week cardio and 3 days a week weights. Right now I can do 40 minutes on the Elliptical (wow huh?) I love it! I also either do an additional 20 on the treadmill or swim if possible.

I am liking it! Hopefully I will start seeing results soon. I am staying within about 100 calories of my daily allotment, so with burning about 500-600 with my workouts, I should be doing well... Right??!?!?
