Hey Buds! Me again. I started REALLY FAITHFULLY logging on Monday my food intake.... so far to a T .....I have not forgotten or left anything out. I think I set it so you can view it....if not...let me know how. Check out my Blogs too....I am going to try to do 1-3 a week for myself progress tracking.
Got a lifestyle coach here at Mayo- meet with them 1 month to go over goals and acheiving them long term. I also started Jillian's program of supplements for losing weight... Monday WAS D DAY.

Thanks for all the motivation. I find that the hardest part is logging the food, but am trying REALLY hard. I am working out 5 days a week cardio and 3 days a week weights. Right now I can do 40 minutes on the Elliptical (wow huh?) I love it! I also either do an additional 20 on the treadmill or swim if possible.
I am liking it! Hopefully I will start seeing results soon. I am staying within about 100 calories of my daily allotment, so with burning about 500-600 with my workouts, I should be doing well... Right??!?!?
