MOTIVATED AND FOCUSED

I am 35 years of age and out of shape! I hate the way I look and I dread trying on clothes. Being overweight has claimed my confidence and my life. I want them BOTH back! My 15 year old daughter has been diagnosed with pre-hypertension, so this will get her motivated if she sees me making changes to be healthier. Time for me to get my SEXY BACK!!!
