MY CHANCE TO TURN FAT INTO MUSCLE

As a kid I was always a runt. I graduated high school at 135lb and 5'8". I always wished I could make fat so I could turn it into muscle, well at 44 and 180lb I now have all the fat I need to turn into muscle.

My Goals:
Like the commercial, to turn fat into muscle, without shocking my body. To train and build my body strength so I can play 21 or more inning of baseball each weekend and not injure myself or wear down before season's end.

My Program:
Eating healthier and hopefully to find a group of foods I can eat daily and not starve and lose weight. To do cardio atleast 3 hours per week and to train each muscle once per 5-7 days. Find and work effective ab exercises 5-7 times per week.

Personal Information:
I am a 44 yo male in a very healthy relationship. I am currently 5'8" 180lb. soon to be 6'2" 170lb, I mean 5'8" 165lb.

Other Information:
I worked out 3-4 times weekly before my hernia surgery. As of Jan 28 I will have the OK from the Dr. to resume work on the Bowflex. I play men's over 35 fastpitch baseball which will begin early April. I plan to do some form of training 6 to 7 times a week until the season starts.
