My Goals:
I used to wanting to be (ultra) skinny but I finally realized this is far away from being the most important. I want to feel healthy and be happy.
My goals are:
- 114 pounds (52kgs)
- get rid of bad habits (binge eating,...)
- drink more water

My Program:
- Working out 5 days a week
- Yoga/Meditation session 2 days a week
- SP workout 5-7 days a week
- Eat clean (3-5 meals a day)
- Drink more water
- Sleep 7-8 hours
