Pam Brundage

Hi I'm Pam. I live in Great Falls MT and I am very obese and would like to lose weight for physical and mental health reasons. I am not a people person so I avoid getting out much. I would like to change that, but right know I don't want to change too much at one time. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and depressive/anxiety disorder. Which does not help. One Day at a Time.

My Goals:
I want to lose 100+ pounds & lots of inches :) so I can look and feel healthy agian.

My Program:
I am working on eating better and less and doing more exercise at least as much as my Fibromyalgia will allow me to do.

Personal Information:
Hi my name is Pam. I live in Great Falls MT and have been here most of my life. When I haven't lived here I lived on west coast which I miss very much and would love to go back, but God has not shown me that path yet. I am single and live with my beautiful but ornery cat Abbey. She doesn't like anybody but me and sometimes I wonder about that.:) She hate other animials too. I live in a nice duplex next to my best friend of more than 30 yrs. I have Fibromyalgia and a depressive/anxiety disorder. This makes it very difficult to exercise but I do what I can and it is not easy being around others.

Other Information:
I spend a lot of time (maybe too much) on the computer. I love to ready Fiction, mystery, crime books. I like TV CSI and other police crime shows and a few other weekly one. For some reason I haven't felt in the mood for TV much so not keep up with them. I like a good action movie once in awhile. I also like working out in the garden,

It's June..and I'm back to this site...I go off and on, now and then read the articles..not real consistent. Wondering how you are doing with getting healthy. It's a slow process at times; I've been up and down all winter and spring; got into an amazing exercise class with a roomful of people back in February and I was all fired up loving the workouts. amazing as I so hate exercise. But by March the class began dwindling, by April it was me and the instructor left. I need other people around to keep me motivated with exercising so when the class ceased in May I sort of quit and kept waiting for more classes to form; none have. Yesterday I spent an hour with a trainer learning all sorts of things on equipment; a good workout for upper body and mid-section, but again, it's an individual thing... but hoping to stay motivated to do this for at least the eight weeks I signed up.
And I may get back to video workouts..have slim in six and the sansone walking tapes; could walk outdoors but not sure how really safe it is to walk alone in some areas where I live; and walking around and around the two blocks near home gets boring!

hello ..

I read where you have read all of Evanovich's books, aren't they fun? Have been reading them for years and none of my friends seemed interested, but in the past year, they have discovered them, either that or they finally have realized they do not always have to be reading heavy serious type books. I also love sue grafton books and robert parker. And am just about to make a cup of decaf coffee and sit back tonight to read his first Spenser book.. in honor of Robt. Parker who died yesterday. I hear several of his books will still be published as he has manuscripts done; that's exciting.
I, too, spend way too much time on the computer...but just rec'd two new Leslie Sansone walking videos so that gets me up to walk in the living room; and I do enjoy those. Always hated the treadmill, and now mine is broken; I'm not all that upset about that.
stay the course.. keep reading!...stay positive..
