I hear you on the "I can't afford the gym, Weight Watchers......". My suggestion to you is to start with small changes. More water per day, add a veggie beyond what you eat now daily, add 200 steps to a walk inside the house or out. Each week add to the previous or introduce a new goal. I started with more water, then added more yard work. I am now mowing 4 yards a week. Financially I don't get much or any money for the mowings, but I am not paying for a membership to a gym either.
