Hello & welcome to my page. I joined Spark for some outside motivation & encouragement as I venture on this journey to a happier, healthier ME. After becoming a new mom last year I decided it was time to lose this weight once & for all. I want to be here for my daughter & most of all I want to be healthy overall. I have been struggling with my weight for a few years but this time around I am determined to succeed because I am praying, trusting & believing in God to renew my mind, body & spirit. I look forward to taking advantage of this site, meeting like minds working towards the same goal. Good luck & God Bless you all!

My Goals:
Ultimately my biggest goal is to lose about 120 pds but inorder to get there I've made smaller goals to help reach my big goal. My smaller goals are as follows:

Begin each day in prayer & worship

Drink water, water & more water.

Exercise at least 5x a week

Make healthier food choices

Surround myself with positivity

Stay focused

Dont give up on my goal no matter what if I fall get up & try try again





My Program:
Eat at least 1 salad & 2 pieces of fruit daily

3 days of cardio/weight training with my personal trainer

2 days of walking 5 miles

Portion control

Cutting back on fast foods, junk foods & fried foods

Drinking 8 or more glasses of water a day

Log into Spark People everyday

Watch my calorie intake







Personal Information:
I am a 30 yr old wife & mother of a gorgeous 10 month old baby girl. I live in Michigan & I joined Spark initially just to get some healthy recipes for meal ideas, but after surfing around I fell in love with the site.
