    Howdy and welcome to Spark People! You are starting off with a wonderful attitude. Exercise was so a four letter word for me when I started but somehow - cuz of Spark Guy's book, The Spark, actually - I got seduced into trying 10 minutes a day. I can do ten minutes! Once I realized the program was NOT all or none, I was able to do a bit more. Now I'm doing 20-35 minutes a day, every day. I couldn't climb stairs 7 months ago! The weight loss and strength training have me climbing again! So, obviously, I am very grateful to the program. Wonderful motivation material, too. Enjoy, poke around the site, join some Teams, try out the articles! It is a great place. Good luck and "see" ya around SP!
