Making Sparkpeople work for me: I'm a working mom who is tired of being embarrassed when I look at pictures of myself. These are the best years of my life, and I need to enjoy them and preserve my health so that I can continue loving life for many years to come. -track food daily -eat a balanced diet daily -reflect and/or journal daily -drink at least 60 ounces of water daily -exercise at least 10 minutes daily -maintain spiritual practice daily

-staying within sparkpeople calorie/protein/fat/carb allotments -exercising at least 10 minutes a day -remaining consistent and persisting through the bad days.
