Fit Till I DIE

My wife is addicted to Sparkpeople. I showed her the light a few months ago when I joined. I didn't keep up with the program and received some e-mail from sparkpeople. My wife saw the link and has never been the same since. My goal is to always be fit and to show our children that good health can be achieved by all!

Good Morning and Greetings from central Indiana, and WELCOME to SparkPeople!!! Just stopping by for a short visit and to wish you a good day. One of my short term goals is to visit as many of the SparkPages of members of the different teams that I am on. I try to visit one page per team per day (and, yes, I'm keeping track of the pages I visit; 350+ pages & counting). But, I haven't been doing a very good job lately, first time to visit anyone since November 1st. You are my "Spark Men" visit for today.

Really nice job on your SparkPage. I really like the SparkPages, and think setting one up is an important step; you have to think about what you want to present, and be willing to put it out there for the world to see/read.
