For your profile image...I scrolled down on my page til I found it. Mine is on the right hand side all the way down. It should give you the option of creating a profile pic. If not...time for the techies! ;o)
Every day you get e-mails if you've signed up for them. I just read the info from the e-mail and not too much else or it does get overwhelming. I started with some medical stuff that pertained to Roy & I & read it over the course of the day. A little bit on exercise & a little on lifestyle changes is good to start. Good luck!
