I am dedicated to staying on track. Taking some ideas from the South Beach Diet - lower carb/healthy fats, logging my food and exercise. I am staying within my calorie range and doing cardio for 30 minutes at least 5 days a week.
I am an emotional over eater. I am working on finding other ways to comfort myself during trying times other than food, which has been my comfort for so long.
