I have four beautiful boys that I love with all my heart. Ages 16, 11, 8, and 5. My husband of 12 years is the most wonderful man in the world. I have four beautiful boys that I love with all my heart. Ages 16, 11, 8, and 5. My husband of 12 years is the most wonderful man in the world. He treats me like a queen and tells me he loves me every day. I have spent most of my 20's having babies and struggling with my weight. I want to live my thirties getting my body back in shape and losing the extra weight. I am 5'2" and currently weigh about 186 pounds. It seems the more I focus on trying to lose weight the more I gain. I am at my heaviest now (other than when I was pregnant with my last son - I got up to 185 pounds right before I delivered). So, yeah - that's pretty depressing. I am almost to my full term pregnancy weight. I am so inspired by other people's success stories and I can't get enough of those but when it comes to my own story, I get so overwhelmed.... I need to learn to take it 1 day at a time....instead of looking for the overnight results. I have started and restarted my weight loss plan on this website over and over .. I never thought it would be this hard. Every new year, Every birthday, every Monday...lol seriously. The saddest part is that I've gained another 20 pounds since then. **************************************** ********************* So I honestly believe I have reached that "I'VE HAD IT" point. According to some, that is the moment we have to get to before we actually take charge and do something about our weight/diet/life, etc. I sometimes thought I've been there before...okay, maybe more than sometimes, but I really think its here. I'm not sure when exactly it hit. It wasn't this epiphany or anything. I've said for quite awhile I really need to get serious. (How many times have we said "I'm really going to get serious this time"?), but Now I can FEEL it. I am going to do this. I HAVE TO DO THIS. Soooooo... Here we go again.... **************************************** ******************************** I wrote that last year around this time and failed yet again. I've been a member of this website for several years now - always starting and stopping again....BRING IT 2012!! I'm ready for you this year!! ************************************ 1/7/2013 - Back again in full swing 2013. I have been doing great (of course we are only in week 1, which is always great :) but we are trudging through. I have high hopes and positive feeling about 2013.

SUPPLEMENT: ACE Appetite Control & Energy Supplement EXERCISE: *Slim in 6 *Brazil Butt Lift *Zumba class 2-3x week *More activity with my kiddos - really working on this. DIET: Eat between 1300 - 1500 calories per day - Really taking a stab at Clean Eating as much as possible. Also really limiting my Sugar and White Carbs (Bread, rice, etc) Portion Control (1 serving and actually measuring my food at mealtimes) - I bought my food scale, my measuring cups/spoons, and even a plate portion measurer...

I love to play softball, read, spend time with my husband and kids. I'm into Self Help books, love to buy Fitness magazines (I love sucess stories). My Favs are Oxygen and Clean Eating. I love to read. I want to look good and feel good. I want to be able to go out with my girlfriends and not be embarrassed by my size. I hate taking pictures. I want to run around with my kids and not feel embarrassed. I want to feel beautiful in my own skin.
