Brenda's Journey

I have been a member of Sparkpeople for awhile and have found it difficult to keep up with it and lose the weight. I'll do really good for awhile then will stop and gain some of the weight back.

I have went nine months this time around without signing in. I find my weight gain to be depressing and I have a hard time forgiving myself for the weight loss failures then give up completely.

Maybe this time around I may succeed...

I am starting all over. My goal now is to lose 94 pounds and only focusing 10% at a time.





My Program:
This time around I am relying on workout buddies. I am trying to walk outside or water walking at least 3 times a week and doing other types of exercise 3 times a week.

i fluctuate alot. right know im at 135 i just havent changed it. maintaining or trying to, has proven difficult for me..lol
