My goal is to be more toned, possibly get a belly ring when i get this belly down and just to feel better and improve my muscle tone. I want clothes to fit nicely and for me to just feel better overall.
I am trying to stay in my calorie range for sparks and workout atleast 3 to 6 times a week. I'm also eating more natural foods which give me more energy than fast food. I'm learning to cook more at home and try different recipes.
