jowls are unappealing. i miss my size 12 pants. even more than recovering the ability to wear those, i'd like to buy some in a size 10!
I'm doing cardio exercise 20 minutes a day (minimum) 3 days a week, and cutting my calories by... a lot. i'm giving up beer temporarily, and seeking better food choices.
I'm an indoor gamer chick trying to learn to be an outdoor healthy chick. I'm dating a wonderful supportive guy who loves to take me hiking and camping, and who has changed my eating habits through the power of example; I used to subsist on a diet of Frosted MiniWheats and Diet Pepsi, but now I can't go a day without eating fresh vegetables. I'm here to take back the prime of my life! I want to be healthy, hot and happy! :D
