Small Steps for Big Changes

I just finished my first year of university. And its a good time to begin to change into the person I have always wanted to be. I have tried to lose weight over the years under deadlines and it obviously has never worked. So my plan this time is to take my time and truly learn what it is to be healthy not for the sake of just being a certain weight.

Starting weight: 210
Current weight: 201
Goal weight: 135
