In Need to Feel Good Again!

After moving from NYC to Northern California several yrs ago- I became an emotional eater for the first time in my life! After I was here for a yr- my long-term relationship ended and so did my motivation to stay healthy and active. now, after another failed relationship and the birth of my sweet baby... I'm overwhelmed with stress and years of making excuses. I am finally ready to fight my way back to being healthy emotionally and change the physical.

Interests: friends and family, music, concerts, travel, exploring vegetarian and ethnic food. thinking about becoming vegetarian. 2010 means traveling to TX, PA, FL, NY & Mexico. Enjoying going to Pro-basketball games, buying a house and getting a puppy!

Music: R &R, Soul, Salsa and anything I can dance to!

Current favorite healthy foods:

Vinegar & dill cucumber & tomato salad, whole wheat pita & hummus. roasted peppers, apples & peanut butter, bananas, pears, grapes, spinach, raw almonds and fat-free yogurt!

Other Information:
Other Goals for 2013:

-Make an effort to run outside and ride a bike

- learn to be ok emotionally now that I am a single parent again
- to grief the loss of love and trust I thought I had and to turn from food and focus on a healthier outlet
