Calcium Girl Returns

I am returning to SP after a hiatus - just about everything in my life has changed since I've been here, and I really don't know how to sum that up other than to say the job, the marriage, and the home I had before are all gone. I am rebuilding those other parts, and taking some time to focus on lowering my stresses, stressers, and responses.

For once, I'm not deleting a profile and starting over. I'm just building on the strength I already have.

I'll be 40 in a couple ...

1. at least 10 minutes of cardio activity everyday
2. limit liquid calories
3. lots of veggies and fruit
4. remove "hydrogenated" from my repetoire
5. drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
6. weigh in daily and make the hand-mouth-scale connection

4. lose 10% body weight (21 lbs): new trainers






Other Information:
since i joined SP, i've undergone a total thyroidectomy (functioning but substernal and was affecting my breathing), and i'm working on recovering from that. i'm still suffering from the effects of hypothyroidism, but i'm getting there!
