I'm Brooke. I live in Illinois. I'm 20 yrs old and I am currently attending Methodist College to earn my Bachelors in Science and Nursing. I also work part-time as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Sports are a big part of my life and I love being active. Softball and basketball ...

I'm Brooke. I live in Illinois. I'm 20 yrs old and I am currently attending Methodist College to earn my Bachelors in Science and Nursing. I also work part-time as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Sports are a big part of my life and I love being active. Softball and basketball would be my favorite. But I love watching or playing any sport. I injured my right knee playing basketball and had to have ACL and meniscus reconstruction surgery in summer 2011. I re tore my ACL graft in November 2012 playing basketball once again. I went ahead and had surgery again on March 8th 2013 but this time using my own patellar tendon instead of a cadaver graft to reconstruct my ACL.

My goals are to lose 40 lbs, become stronger and healthier, keep my GPA above a 3.0, and continue recovering from knee surgery

My Goals:
1) Lose 20lbs by January 2014.

2) Have my knee functioning normally by 2014. Pain free, well mostly.

3)Run a 5k.

3) Obtain and keep at least a 3.0 GPA throughout college.

4) Finish 1 Round of P90x,P90x2, and finally Insanity.

5) Be more confident!

My Program:
Workout 30-60 minutes 6 days a week, striving for 2 intense cardio days, 3 days of strength training, and 1 day of stretching/yoga.
