stay at home mom with a plan
Well I was on here before I got pregnant and wanted to lose a few pounds then but here I am again with even more weight to lose. I have been working out twice a day, eating small meals ever few hours and am still just not losing the weight, I eat healthy and don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm here to track what I'm eating in hopes that maybe I'm working out so much and just not losing the weight b/c I'm not eating enough. Help if you have any input.

My Goals:
well my beginning goal is to lose 10 - 15 pounds but another goal is just staying healthy and in good shape
My Program:
I have a spinning bike and videos at home so I get up and do that prior to eating breakfast, later in the day, I usually do another exercise video like Billy Blanks Bootcamp or weights or sometimes both. I also have been eating smaller meals more often and using the eating for life meal plan or cookbook.
Personal Information:
I am a stay at home mom and didn't think I'd ever say that, LOL, looking to lose some weight!
