Dream it, believe it, achieve it!

I'm a Mom to 2 gorgeous children, a toddler boy and my princess who is just 7 weeks old. Really looking forward to getting back to fit and healthy and helping my family do the same. If my hubby and I can live it and be good role models for our kids then I believe they will get a great start to knowing how to live healthily.

My Goals:
My Goals are to get (and STAY) fit and healthy. But more specifically...

1. Complete the p90x workout program

2. Achieve my goal weight of 125.0

3. Run outside in only a sports bra and shorts

4. Get defined abs!

My Program:
I'd like to eat as clean and raw as possible diet wise. Seems to make the most sense to me.
I will be doing the p90x program, Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, and when it's possible going running outside with my kids in the strollers

Personal Information:
From a little town where there are many many months of winter, unfortunatly for us we don't have eternal summer like the south.

I can tell you after a wii workout, yes, i am sore and I do sweat! You only get as good a workout for the work you put into it. I don't think it is going to be as good a workout as a run or jog obviously, but it's fun and that's what counts for me. I was doing Jillian Michaels workouts and got so totally burned out and bummed out and took 5 days off. I'm back to 'normal' and having fun with my workouts again. I am making up my own workouts now. Yesterday I did a 'shred-like' workout... 50 minutes, 709 calories burned on my HRM. WOOHOOO!

So I'm allll for the Wii fit plus and the other games!! Super Mario brothers is a total blast for the entire family!!! hehe

Thanks for adding me! I started CLX awhile back and it hurt my knees but I will be restarting when I lose about 8 more pounds so very soon!!! Yay!
