Life, Love, and Losing It

I've never been the type to give up, but my weight-loss journey over the last several years has given me a run for my money. After gaining back the weight I'd lost (and then some!) and a failed attempt at weight watchers, I am back....

Here goes nothing.

Don't own overalls - he thinks they're dorky on anything but babies/young children.
I told him sunday - monday we will be painting to finish up the room though! We have a DARK green for one wall and ceiling, and a creamier lighter green (still dark though) for the other 3 walls.
Eventually, when we have money again, I want to pain the baseboards, window and door frames a beige or creamy color to lighten it up a little more.

If we had the money, ho-ooooo boy I'd redo this room... 3 chester drawers, tall with 5 drawers for him, me and for baby save up some space and each their own place; our mattresses are on the floor so I'd get a new bed entirely - something much softer.... and maybe install some shelves onto the walls...... but that's so much money and work towards a room we most likely won't stay in for more than 2 years (hopefully?).

Yeaa no, emotional eating is a no-go for me. I live off food stamps as I quit jobs to focus on me and baby - plus couldn't get enough hours to keep my car and no way out to the jobs.... ANYWAY.... food doesn't last the entire month like it should... I wasn't approved for enough. So, I have to ration my food and eating for whatever MOOD instead of hunger = few days I will not be eating, otherwise I'd still have that issue.

I buy what's cheap and what I think will last. I have maybe a bowl of cereal, a granola bar or two, and something with chicken or turkey or just eat Ramen because I have nothing to eat emoticon It helps, but I definitely make sure to take my prenatals so Rayne is fine.

Yipes!
Most definitely would like a motivational buddy ^-^ I've done a lot of research and basically, as long as we eat only our recommended intake (talk to nutritionalist to make sure you know what you should gun for), exercising 45-70 minutes a day is great for weight loss, but more than that is even better!

This time around, I found I'm losing twice - almost triple - the inches I'd lost the last time I had been active on this site and I'm eating my recommended intake and aiming for 40-60 minutes 6 days a week of actual exercises. I downloaded an app that allows me to create my own exercises, so I have been doing those. I have 6 workouts I can do that add up to 64 minutes but are broken up into 8 - 20 minutes per each one. I found it helps a lot. PLUS avoiding red meat D: Sits in your system for THREE months before disappearing. Can you imagine? Say you eat half a lb of red meat 3 times a week, that's 1.5lbs each week and if you make different things but keep eating 1.5lbs of it each week, you're body is holding 6lbs of that meat in your system for 3 months, plus more as you do it monthly

Ahhh also walking is good but it doesn't burn much... I recommend exercising and using a walk as a cool down or between exercises :)
