Finally getting my maiden name back and intend to celebrate by honoring my health in high fashion. I aim to raze the forest and plant new growth. My eyes are on balance, peace, challenges, purging that which does not serve me, becoming stronger, laughing more, feeding my body, mind, spirit and heart with things that nurture me and that make me feel good about my choices. I was not ready before. I am ready now. Let's GO!

My Goals:
I will complete the Find 10 Challenge. I will practice yoga and gratitude. I will shed fat and tone and stretch and sculpt. I will let go of 20 unneeded lbs by May 2016. I will lead by example so that my child grows to love health and mindful living. I will honor the gift of my life by nurturing myself on all levels.


My Program:
Renewing my vows to track fitness and food for the next 30 days and beyond. Will practice yoga a minimum of twice weekly, will do 10 minutes minimum cardio 5 days a week. Will lean towards Paleo nutrition with one treat meal or one treat day max per week.
