I know sometimes we look at that certain number as the safety zone, but what if it said 203? You wouldn't think too much of it huh? So just keep doing what you've been doing, exercising and eating healthy, and the scale will adjust.
I find lately that I'm in this 2-3 pound range that I keep going up and down in, then finally once a month I drop past that range, then the cycle starts all over again. Ugh, but I am still eventually losing, so I just keep doing what I have been doing.
Checking in on you to see how you're doing this week. My week is going well. For February I'm concentrating on doing at least 20 mins a day afterwork, because if I push myself to do anymore, I'll find some excuse. So when you commit to a smaller amount, there is no reason not to.
