My Goals:
1. Make exercise a priority instead of a last minute thought. Goal met!

2. Use food for nourishment, not a boredom buster or pacifier. (Is this even POSSIBLE?!)

3. Plan my meals and stick as close to the plan as possible. (Epic FAIL)

My Program:
30-45 minutes of cardio five days a week.
Meet with a personal trainer three times a week for strength training/toning.

Read or write instead of eating when I'm not really hungry.



Personal Information:
Kindergarten teacher and single mom from the Bronx, NY.



Other Information:
I love reading and watching movies. I'm dabbling in photography, too.

No kidding, that picture is so great - even a friend from work loved it. It seems professional so I wasn't sure. He needs to do this on the side!!!
