Oh OK! I got it now! I didn't think about that. I just put it under "strength training" and added about 5 min for each one we did. Oh yeah and I read this doing the trivia today, thought you might want to know. **John Hopkins researchers found that while aerobic exercise burns more calories at the time you are exercising, your metabolism returns to normal about 30 minutes after you finish your workout. Individuals who perform strength training, however, elevate their metabolisms (burn more calories) for two hours after their workouts end.**
Pretty cool huh?

Well, I've been entering my strength training. But I've never noticed if it adds to my minutes.
