Losing in central IL
I actually started this journey just over 380 pounds when I developed severe sleep apnea and would get winded doing every day things...I lost almost 100 pounds in about 10 months on my own by cutting out soda and walking but then I leveled off and gained back some of the weight...now I restart at 302 and am looking to get down to my goal weight of 175. I was 180 when I graduated high school so I would love to be back and just under that for my bride, son and future kids.
